This month, OIPA International has supported stray animals in Abu Dhabi sponsoring over 200 kg of pet food for 250 cats and 50 dogs fed and cared for by volunteers of Animal Action in the outskirts.

It is widely known that UAE municipalities regularly employ pest control companies to catch roaming animals from residential areas and dump them in the desert or in remote places where they will slowly starve to death without lifesaving access to food and water. Their only joy and hope of survival is the daily visit of volunteers who bring them some food to appease their hunger and bowls of water to appease their thirst.

Thanks to our supporters and their donations, OIPA International was able to help these dogs and cats with dry food for a month.
