As we all move forward, it is hard even to imagine how people and animals can live in prolonged fear and terror of war.

In order not to leave animals of Ukraine alone and to support all those people who haven’t left the country to take care of them with unconditional love, OIPA International has never ceased to offer support and respond to the many requests for help received in recent months the best possible way.

Between June and November, thanks to our project “Ukrainian Emergency” and the cooperation with local member leagues (Happy Paw, KSPA Lucky Strand, Generation 4) more than 14 tons of food, medicines and other materials were distributed to over 5,000 animals in 17 regions of the country. Aid has reached 30 shelters, some associations, many volunteers who look after stray and abandoned animals and owners in difficulty with their four-legged friends.

To ensure that war does not become something normal and not to forget those who are suffering, OIPA International will continue to help these animals and those who are taking care of them.
